The Sugar Brazilian (Pre-Existing Client)
Sugar paste is a natural hair removal product used in a method called sugaring — an ancient alternative to waxing. It’s made primarily from sugar, water, and lemon juice. When these ingredients are heated together, they form a thick, sticky caramel-like paste that can grip hair effectively. Sugaring works by adhering to hair rather than skin, which makes it gentler than traditional waxing.
Unlike wax, sugar paste is used at body temperature, so there is no risk of burns. It is also all natural and water-soluble, so it is easy to clean up and doesn’t stick to the skin. This reduces irritation, redness, and pain.
Each sugaring appointment begins with gentle exfoliation to prepare the skin and ends with a soothing mask to ensure skin is hydrated and calm.
