THERAFACE LED MASK
Red and Blue LED light therapy is my favorite treatment. Together they help to reduce inflammation and bacteria while still addressing aging and are an amazing duo for acne.

CALECIM PROFESSIONAL SERUM
My number one, can’t live without it. Made from stem cells from the umbilical cord lining of the New Zealand Red Deer, this incredible serum is meant to be used post treatment for its rapid healing qualities – but I use it daily, because it’s that good!

SALT & STONE ROSE & OUD BODY WASH
I am obsessed with scents, and as a perfume collector I also enjoy a fancy smelling body wash. This one is really beautiful and contains seaweed extracts and hyaluronic acid for a rich, hydrating lather. And it is in a refillable bottle, making it a little better for the 🌎

MEGABABE ROSY PITS
A natural deodorant that glides on clear, smells like roses and actually works! Antioxidant-rich botanicals give underarm skin a boost while willow bark, oatmeal and amino acids combine to restore, soothe and hydrate.

ENVIRON TRI-RETINOID COMPEX RETINOL
SERUM FORTE
This is a fantastic Retinol that I use every night. Vitamin A is arguably the most important ingredient for regulating all of the skins’ functions. This serum intensifies the benefits of Vitamin A micronutrition for the skin with additional phyto-retinol boosters: Revinage and NovoRetin. These specialized ingredients assist to further promote overall skin longevity and youthfulness.

ILES FORMULA SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
This shampoo and conditioner has transformed my hair – it’s never tangled, feels super soft and silky, and dries beautifully. It’s extremely reparative, and good for any texture, color treated hair and apparently fantastic on hair extensions.

ENVIRON VITA PEPTIDE EYE GEL
There is some controversy about whether or not an eye product is necessary, and given that the skin around them is the thinnest and most delicate, I believe it can benefit greatly from extra attention. This lightweight gel with vitamins A, C, and E and peptides is my go-to.

SOFIE PAVITT RESET BENZOYL PEROXIDE MASK
Benzoyl Peroxide can be harsh, so I only use this mask as spot treatment. And as an acne prone adult in my mid 30’s 😢, I rely on it. I use it frequently and it works without drying me out.

PLATED INTENSE SERUM
A platelet derived exosome serum that makes my skin look incredibly dewy, even, and plump. It heals and repairs, and I notice a big difference within a week or so of using it regularly.

OMAD BIOCELLULOSE RESTORE & REPAIR MASK
Super healing, anti inflammatory and hydrating sheet masks that I use every single day! They are terrific for dry, sensitive, stressed skin and compromised skin after laser procedures, chemical peels, micro-needling, and Retinol treatments.

It’s Written In The Stars
Get ready for the summer with Monica’s astrological insight.
As we enter June, Venus enters Taurus, who is naturally ruled by Venus and feels very comfortable here! Taurus is all about love, commitment, enjoying the finer things, and sensuality, so this is a beautiful time do feel extra close to a special someone.
After a year in Gemini, Jupiter will now enter Cancer. Jupiter is all about expansion and good fortune, while Cancer cares deeply about family, home life, and emotional security. Expect to expand these areas in a positive direction. The sun will also enter Cancer a little later in the month, so despite us finally entering summer time, we may feel like spending time improving our homes and focusing on our inner world.
June 9th is a doozy, with many difficult aspects hitting us all at once – Mercury, the planet of communication is squaring Neptune and Saturn, so this is a time where serious conversations can feel burdensome, stifling, sobering, yet confusing and unclear. This won’t be a good day to sign any contracts or make any commitments. Venus also squares Pluto this day, so not the best day for love as power struggles and tensions may arise between you and your significant other.
Thankfully a few days later we have a positive Full Moon in optimistic Sagittarius! Sagittarius is a sign who enjoys travel and exploration, so perhaps this would be a good time to take a trip somewhere. Shortly after the Full Moon, we have a New Moon on June 25th in the sign of Cancer. Perhaps a new beginning on the home front that should be beneficial, as the New Moon will connect to lucky Jupiter, who expands everything it touches.
