The Facials all include a fully tailored combination of modalities and techniques based upon your skin needs. Every facial will include sculpting massage, exfoliation, extractions (if necessary), and at least one of the following modalities: Ultrasound, Iontophoresis, Microcurrent, LED, Pressurized Oxygen, & Negative Ions. 

A selection of our professional treatments may be included at your esthetician’s discretion, including: Environ Cool Peels, CO2 Mask, Vitamin C Peel, Alginate Masks, and more. 

Additional techniques that Raquel may select include Intra-Oral massage and Vodder Method Manual Lymphatic Drainage. 

A longer facial means more time to explore the strength of our modalities, with additional focus on the neck and décolleté.

Using ProCell technology, The Micro Stamp collagen induction therapy utilizes micro wire filaments and human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell derived growth factors to regenerate collagen and elastin. Red LED and The CO2 Mask follow stamping to reduce inflammation, increase mitochondrial function and expedite healing. Downtime typically consists of mild redness lasting between 1-24 hours. This facial treatment reduces pigmentation, fine lines, acne scars and redness.

The PDT is a unique photodynamic gel treatment that utilizes Aminolevulinic Acid to force dysfunctional, photodamaged cells to expire. While they’re alive, these cells secrete inflammatory compounds that harm the healthy cells around them and are responsible for many of the symptoms of photoaging – namely wrinkles, laxity, visible pores, sun spots, redness, and dehydration. Only when these cells are removed can skin rejuvenation occur. 

For 48 hours post-treatment, all bright light (especially direct and indirect sunlight) must be explicitly avoided, and broad spectrum 30+ SPF must be applied every 90 minutes during daylight hours. Most clients experience no to minimal downtime, however redness and discomfort may persist for up to 48 hours post-treatment.

*The PDT is performed as a course of three treatments, spaced four weeks apart. It cannot be booked as a standalone treatment. 

The Peel Series utilizes Environ Cool Peels, renowned for their gentle yet effective approach to collagen production, resurfacing, brightening, tightening, and acne control. These no-downtime peels are performed weekly for 6-12 weeks and will be intensified throughout your treatment series based upon your reaction and progress. 

The peels are available in Lactic Acid and Trichloroacetic Acid, in various strengths and formulations, allowing us to select the most effective and precise treatment for your skin. Cool Peels work by tricking the skin cells into thinking they are under acidic attack. Healthy keratinocytes are resistant to the acidic change, and will respond by releasing growth factors to replicate healthy skin cells, as well as produce collagen. Damaged skin cells will perish, which may cause mild flaking 3-4 days post-peel. There is no redness or discomfort, and these superficial epidermal peels are safe during pregnancy and lactation. 

The Peel Series is not appropriate for clients using RX retinoids or Accutane. RX retinoids must be stopped for at least 7 days prior to peeling, and Accutane must be finished at least 6 months prior to peeling. 

The Peel Series is performed as a course of 6 treatments, and may be extended at the agreement of client and practitioner.

This treatment can be performed on the neck and chest, arms, abdomen, back, glutes and thighs or legs, your choice.

A fully customized scalp-to-foot massage. After a brief consultation, Sophie will use a variety of techniques and oils to relax, revive and awaken the body. Methods woven into the session may include: Acupressure, Traditional Bodywork/Shiatsu, Relaxation Massage and Circulatory Health.

A full body detox to boost your lymphatic system, alleviate bloating and awaken your senses. This treatment is performed on our infrared heated bed, to stimulate cellular recovery and address systemic inflammation.
Starting with a thorough 360 degree, copper-bristle dry-brushing of the entire body, followed by vigorous lymphatic drainage techniques, performed with a heated oil. Traditional wooden tools (Maderoterapia) are applied to help move stagnant fluid in the tissues, improving the appearance of cellulite. A restorative abdominal massage is the grand finale, performed under the warm glow of an Infrared Lamp. Finishing off with a refreshing, full-body, chilled rosewater mist and ice-globe massage. Perfect for a full-body reset, an event-prep or a special night out.

A focus on the lower legs and feet for an invigorating, balancing treatment. Beginning with a stretching of the feet and ankles, followed by acupressure and reflexology. Pressure will be adjusted for the comfort of the client. Special attention is paid to the soleus muscle, which lays deeper to the calf muscle and plays a vital role in our circulatory system. The soleus is often called the body’s “Second Heart” as it’s the only muscle in the lower part of the body that functions to pump blood back to the heart.
