The Reiki

Reiki is an ancient method of healing and relaxing the body, mind and spirit.  The Reiki facial starts with a discussion of skin concerns additionally followed by a conversation about any physical or emotional ailments the client may be experiencing.  After a bit of breathwork and a moment of calling in the Reiki masters, Lindsay moves into a Reiki-infused sculpting massage.  The facial covers the basics – double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions – with Lindsay’s choice of added modalities based on the clients skincare needs. 

During exfoliation and masking segments, Lindsay will either do Reiki holds or gentle, relaxing Reiki-infused massage movements. Both modalities used will target, relax, stimulate and heal the life force energy of a certain area of the body.  The facial ends with a delicious assortment of head and neck holds.
