Studio Inspired Gifts
Take a Piece of Our Studio
Home for the Holidays
It’s that time of the year where gift giving can sometimes cause angst and anxiety. Searching for that perfect balance between creativity, individuality, style, and practicality, and then of course there is budget. While we sit in our studio contemplating the perfect picks for our loved ones, we realize that there are so many things that we are surrounded by that would make really great presents.

A GREAT PHOTO
We are big fans of photography and are lucky enough to have two terrific artists’ works hanging in the studio. Perhaps you would like to gift a piece to someone special?
📸David Allee‘s photos hang in our front room, and are from his series Dark Day. Allee’s photographs explore ways we perceive, imagine, and are influenced by the built environment. His photographs have been exhibited and published widely and are in the permanent collection of major institutions. His work has also appeared and been profiled in publications such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, Slate, Artforum, New York Magazine and American Photography, among others.
Michael Hauptmann’s work hangs in our treatment room. Born in Iowa, Michael Hauptman was raised in a community founded on meditation and eastern philosophy. Drawing on both his upbringing and his deep commitment to environmental and social issues, Hauptman’s creative approach looks to examine and represent the intersection between human experience and digital manipulation. Hauptman has produced work for the likes of Gucci, Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Marni, and Nike. Magazines: Buffalo Zine, Dazed, Double, Dust, More Or Less, Re-Edition, NYT T Style Magazine, The Face, and Vogue Italia.
GAETANO PESCE RECTANGULAR TRAY
One of our favorite multi-use products, handmade in Italy, these vibrant resin trays feature a fluid rectangular form and an oversized dot in the center. We use ours for our tiny glass tea cups, but it is a super catchall for anything that needs catching. 🔑
An olive variety from Spain that has a high yield of mild oil and high, constant productivity. This pretty, compact tree is good for intensive planting, small spaces and a great indoor plant. We call ours Olive and she is a beauty. 🫒
While a vase may seem pretty basic, this one is extra in the best way.
Just add flowers. 🌸
A horror-tinted, gothic fairy tale about a lonely dress shop clerk whose mother’s unexpected death sends her down a treacherous path in pursuit of youth and beauty. It’s a good one 🩸
